Your specific examples can be found in GitHub ExSwift ...  I'm also following Swiftz, adding lots of functional features and syntax sugar.  It looks like the Cocoapods community is stepping up to Swift and it won't be long until these packages are easily added to your projects via the cocoapods package manager as well as easy to find through the Cocoapods search facilities.   Not a single "Community" framework, but a community resource that is even better, IMHO.
